  • Informative Consultation

    At Exclusive Personal Training, we put a significant amount of detail into the assessment process. This is our framework when trying to achieve the best possible outcome. We get to understand your previous training experience, your complete injury history, and your current relationship with food & movement. We then use this information to create the appropriate plan moving forward that best suits your unique goal.

  • Exercise & Plan Overview

    Once the design phase is complete, we then invite you back for an exercise & plan overview. This is time we spend with you one on one (online or in person) to demonstrate or explain all movements involved in the program and WHY we have chosen them. We will also go through the training methodology and explain how this pairs perfectly with your unique goal.

  • Consistent Tracking and Monitoring

    We will check in as coaches when needed and will be in complete communication for the entire duration of that training block, this way we can answer any and all questions you may have.
    We will also be evaluating your specific tracking sheet every EPT client receives when doing online coaching, this is our way to keep accountability high even when we’re not with you 1 on 1.

  • Complementary Check Ins To Assess Results

    After your training block is finished and you have seen tremendous results, we invite you back in for a complimentary check in. This is our way of giving our time to your results and ensure we can proactively plan for the next training block so you continue progressing throughout each phase. We will also use this time to do any testing necessary (Bio Signature Modulation Testing for our in house clients).
