Is EPT accepting new clients?

Yes. We are currently welcoming new clients through our waiting list. Availability varies based on each coach’s schedule. All prospective clients begin with an initial consultation to determine goals, needs, and the most suitable coach for them.

Who do I contact if I have any additional questions?

Do you have memberships?

No. EPT is a private, appointment-only personal training facility. We do not offer open gym memberships.

Do you offer corporate presentations on Health and Wellness?

Yes. We deliver tailored presentations for organisations across industries such as legal, mining, and finance. For corporate enquiries, please contact info@eptcoaching.com.

How many clients can train at one time?

To preserve our environment and quality of coaching, we allow a maximum of Five private (1:1) sessions or three semi-private (2:1) sessions at any given time. The space is never crowded, ensuring comfort and focus.

Do you offer 1 session a week?

While we recommend a minimum of two sessions per week for best results, we understand certain preferences. Clients seeking a once-a-week schedule may benefit from our hybrid model, combining in-person and online coaching. Please mention this when joining the waiting list.

What can I expect during the initial consultation?

Your consultation includes:

  • A comprehensive physical assessment (Posture Analysis etc)

  • A detailed discussion of your goals and lifestyle

  • An introduction to our coaching methodology

This ensures your program is tailored to you from day one.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes. While many of our clients are professionals, executives, and athletes pursuing specific performance or physique goals, we also welcome those new to structured training. Our coaches are skilled at adapting programs to each client’s starting point, ensuring a safe, progressive, and results-driven experience. Whether you’re building strength for the first time or preparing for an advanced performance milestone, our team provides the right level of coaching to match your specific goals.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice measurable improvements in strength, energy, and movement quality within the first 4–6 weeks, provided they follow their program and nutrition guidance. Body composition changes typically become visible within 8–12 weeks.

We combine elite-level coaching with a private, distraction-free environment. Every program is designed from scratch for the individual , no templates, no generic sessions. Our multi-coach system ensures you’re always progressing, even when schedules change.
