The things
people ask.
Straight answers about how EPT works. If there's something here we haven't covered, the assessment is the best place to start a conversation.
Three things. Every member is coached one-on-one and paired with two coaches. A lead and a support, so there are always more eyes on your progress. Everything is measured and periodised through our coaching system, the EPT Arc, so nothing is guesswork. And membership is capped, so the floor stays private and your coaching never feels rushed.
Not at all. Whether you've never trained or you've trained for years, you're coached as an individual. We meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
Because every program is fully personalised, we don't list a single price. It depends on what you're working toward and how often you train. We're completely transparent about the investment once we understand your goals. The best first step is the assessment, and we'll take it from there.
Most members train at least twice a week. That's the minimum where real, lasting change happens. We'll recommend what fits your goals and your schedule.
More eyes, better thinking, and seamless continuity when life gets in the way. A lead coach owns your programming; a supporting coach knows you just as well. It's a genuinely collaborative approach to your results, and something we've yet to see anywhere else.
It's our coaching system. The engine behind every program. Every session and every number is recorded and periodised into deliberate phases, so each block builds on the truth of the last. It's how we make sure your strength keeps compounding, year after year.
We're a private studio in Subiaco, Perth, by appointment only. Once you've completed the assessment, we'll arrange a time for you to come in and meet us.
Yes. Nutrition is built into your coaching, personalised to you, and as involved or as light-touch as you need it to be.
We coach around it. Your consultation is where we map the full picture and build your blueprint. Training that respects what your body needs while still moving you forward.
Yes, and it's deliberate. We ask for a minimum of twelve weeks, training at least twice a week, because that's the runway real results need. We're not here for quick fixes that fade. We don't let anyone fail here, and that starts with a commitment long enough to actually work.
Start the assessment. It takes a couple of minutes, tells us how we'd train you, and we'll be in touch to arrange your consultation.
